The Island Jam did not just celebrate community; it cultivated it. Being recognized in that space strengthened my confidence, deepened my commitment to service, and made me proud to belong to a community of young leaders and mentors through Good Journey who are committed to collective growth and impact. It reminded me that when young leaders are supported and know the adults around them are invested in nurturing their growth, they rise with purpose, confidence, and responsibility.
